Es tal cual como las fotos, elegante, limpio, todo nuevo, camas riquisimas. El estacionamiento está a la vuelta. Me encantó, esta super bien ubicado.
Habitaciones limpias y ordenadas, peroooo...lleva tus insumos de aseo personal, lo que te dan es una broma. La comida esta muy sabrosa, peroooo ...porcion vs precio no se me hace equiparable, aunado a eso el servicio es muyyy lento. Las personas que atienden son todas muy amables y educados, siempre sonrientes.
This was not where we intended to stay, but it was definitely a nice upgrade from what we normally book. The luxury and comfort was up to my expectations and the price was not so exorbitant. Really good service from the staff in the hotel and parking lot!
Este es el mejor hotel en el que me hospedé en mi travesía de 7 días en moto, de Guadalajara a Veracruz. Hotel súper ubicado, muy limpio, muy bien equipado, todo muy nuevo, muy cómodo, y muy bonito. Cuenta con estacionamiento techado, sirven un buen desayuno con un pequeño costo aparte, pero lo mejor es la atención de todo el personal que labora ahí.
10/10. Desde la atención para reservar (11:00 pm) hasta la llegada y recepción,. Todo muy bien. Bueno y bonito. Muy recomendable. Si algo malo pudiera mencionar sería que no pudimos quedarnos más días.
Cuentan con menú del día, atención rápida y el diseño interior muy bonito. Al solicitar la terminal la mesera le tomo una foto a la tarjeta, solo ese incidente pero lo demás estuvo bien. Es posible que les falta más capacitación de atención al cliente.
Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fué muy agradable. Las recámaras son super cómodas y están impecables. Los servicios son de primera, y la comida del restaurante es deliciosa. Pero lo mejor fué, sin duda, la atención del personal, siempre muy atentos y amables. Además, el precio es muy accesible y la ubicación es ideal. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
Excelente ubicación, instalaciones, atención en general, solo para llegar al estacionamiento deben acceder por la calle detrás del mercado (algo esencial para que el maps no te haga dar muchas vueltas)
